I don’t know much about it but from what I’ve heard Sal Piacente has some work on that.

I’ve watched Shade at least 3 times, but it has almost no mucking in it except for the mcmillan switch. The other stuff are typical stuff that almost every tabled card handler can do to some extent, and are presented in a lot of places, including shade.
