I think we all have had trouble with Expert at the Card Table at some point. Follow Reality One’s suggestions. You will get there eventually. One thing I know that doesn’t work is throwing the book in anger at the wall. I’ve tried it a couple times. It will not improve your slights.

I second Xavior Spade’s Pass. Well worth the $15. Has some really good tips. Keep at it! You will break through and see a big improvement after about a month. Then very small improvements over a long period of time. At least that was my experience.

Bicycle Guardians have a thin stock but I don’t know how they compare to Bees. I don’t use them. Of the 15 or so decks I rotate, Guardians feel the thinist to me.

Do the severed bloody thumb trick. If you hand them a digit you just hacked off with a machete I guarantee they will forget about the wax on your thumb! Just don’t miss. The DL is a bear with no thumb.

There are free apps that will compress the photo for you. I use “storage space plus.” Then upload the compressed photo.
