I practice 3-4 hours on weekdays and around 6-8 on weekends. If i go to my dads office on the weekend i usually perform a bit. I usually perform a bit at school also. I have been trying to save money lately.
I just about do the exact same thing as you do. I try to work on my pass though. Either that or Charlie Miller's Cascade Control because that is what i am currently working on.

To be honest, I love the way that the SuperFlip looks, however after I have a break above the top 2 cards and I do the SuperFlip, I usually end up with an extra face up card.
