I only know the answer to the second question. As far as Monarchs are concerned the jokers seem to be the same despite what the colored backs are. I have the Blue,Red,White, and Green Monarchs and they all have the same jokers.

P.S. Don't forget that they don't allow phones on In-Patient Mental Health Units. So if they go to do room checks or rounds as they are referred to, then hide your device. :)
