    Push Off Double Lift

It's hardly an original creation... If I accidentally but independently discovered/created the method to, say, Jumping Gemini, that certainly does not give me the right to publish a tutorial of it.

Voting Open - ACR- DaveyG v.s. Jacksansui

Your presentation starts off on a really strong premise. That was good to see, and it's a great step. However, by the middle of the performance, it had basically lost all meaning, and you had reverted to saying exactly what you were doing. The first time, it made sense - you were doing what...

    Victorian Close-Up Pad

Great quality. Overall it's pretty heavy, a sturdy thing. Please be aware that there is absolutely no chance you're going to be using this professionally for walkaround magic, none at all. You *might* use it for a sit down private performance, or maybe on stage with a camera. Otherwise, it's...

    Invisible / Brainwave Deck

Err... If you're talking about what I'm thinking about, why don't you just switch it with an ordinary deck? I don't believe that you can remove the gimmick of the deck, if that's what you mean, at least not in a practical manner.

    Cardini... Ego?

You can find the original (I'm pretty sure) description of the Cardini Change in Hugard's Card Manipulations (1934-36), Series 3 under "The Cardini Snap Colour Change". If you have the full compilation of Card Manipulations, the Dover reprint, it is page 46. I know it doesn't directly answer...

    Multiple Shifts

Definitely. Not to plug my own thread, but I wrote up something along these lines not too long ago - check the link in my signature to the thread about selflessness - basically, magicians have to care about themselves, because we matter too. Just because... Great reason :)

One Way Forcing Deck - UK Help

It is a random choice. However, if you visit a brick and mortar shop, you may be able to choose out of a selection of whatever they have in stock.

    False Cut?

Secrets Draun from Underground is a brilliant book, amongst which has some false cuts and shuffles. I currently use his double lift and pass as well.

    Multiple Shifts

My current favourite is David Solomon's variation of the Simple Shift (Marlo's) described in Eugene Burger's book Solomon's Mind under "The Trick that Fooled Solomon"... Great story about Marlo and Vernon to go along with it too! There are a lot simpler and easier ones mind you, I just like the...

    Spoon Bend

No, there isn't a performance that I know of. The lecture notes I believe are the Alpha Mentalism Lecture Notes, but I'm not sure if it's available - I'd wager not.

    A few questions...

I'm kinda on the fence about WOW - at least, theoretically. I don't have it and won't ever use it, but as far as justification goes... On one hand, I've gotten away with murder - including one instance where I asked them for the name of their pet, openly picked up their name card at the dinner...

Voting Open - ACR- DaveyG v.s. Jacksansui

Sethmagic basically picked up on the most important things. Both need to work on presentation. Jacksansui needs one, and DaveyG needs a proper one. Seeing more from the filming would've been nice, but not a big deal. And DaveyG, don't go for too long.

    A few questions...

    1. Factory Sealed can be half full, but not empty. It just requires some liquid inside, it doesn't have to be full. 2. Honestly, I don't think Genesis would be, but if you don't wanna go with that... Encyclopedia of Playing Card Flourishes is my recommendation. 3. Forget anyone who's telling...

    Spoon Bend

If you can find a copy (a BIG if - I don't have it either, but I wish I did - read a friend's copy, lol), Ian Rowland has a spoon bending routine in one of his lecture notes, which is quite frankly the best routine I've ever seen period, and ****s on everything else.

    Favorite walk around mentalism effect...

lol? You're giving advice about the aspect that you completely fail at? Everything else, I was in agreement, though.

    Rubella Change

Looks pretty good, though I'm almost certain it's been done before - the name escapes me, though.

Expert at the Card Table by Wesley James

Yeah, I've heard the same thing as descartes - by all accounts, James completely butchers the Erdnase technique.
