Search for "hand quicker than eye" on youtube. It's a 7:46 long video of Steve Forte offering protection tips for your private home-game... Interesting stuff. Probably the best free video you'll find of Forte on youtube besides the occasional unlisted footage briefly shown on the Cafe.

I prefer "Cat in the Hat" as opposed to Green Eggs and Ham, but whatever floats your boat. :P Magic-wise, you'd be hard pressed to beat Jennings '67, in my opinion.

The cards glide a lot on speed cloth. You won't get the same glide unless you pay for it, and judging from your needs, it's too much cost for too little need. Try velveteen or micro suede.

They're just souvenirs from a company that prints promotional items, such as calendars, business cards, etc. Not really worth much, they're probably not very good anyway.
