Carney's is good but if your willing to, save and wait for Irving Quants dvd, supposedly his technique for the side steal might be on there and his is pretty darn good. Plus you'll get everything else on the dvd like his new "revolutionary" technique.

i use about 4-7. i find with more you dont give as smooth a spin and a card or two has more of a tendency to fall off. Two few on the other hand is flimsy and can bend or not spin either.
