maybe its essential. Im quite keen on that cards across variation, goat change and that pirouette double. Definitely buying the Dvd because of those three. I'd say that this overshadows the previous 3 Dvd's, but there's less material obviously. The goodbits are left at last!

any tips on actually reading the books? i find that skimming through the table of contents and finding a trick that looks intresting doesnt do justice to the books at all- but then again, reading through every trick and its mechanics utterly bores me too! its a vicious cycle :<

Some very intresting posts were made in this topic, quite enlightening. To add: This is probably why Flourishing looks cool to magicians. To laymen, its just another dexterous and fancy way of shuffling.

I believe exile is more powerfulyl constructed, its not just the Trick itself (Vanishing of X's) but the construction and method of achieving that effect is thought out. If you're willing to put time and effort into it, eXile all the way.
