    Victorian Close-Up Pad - Only 1 Available

My mom made me a close-up pad that looks quite similar to that, actually. The pattern is slightly different, but very much resembles it. Definitely didn't cost $75 though, heh. But alas, not everyone has a mom (or dad, to not be sexist) who's job revolves around material/sewing/etc, heh. That...

    Best Glue For Gaff Cards?

I second everything here. I've always used rubber cement, and always will. And Martini's card splitting DVD is great, as well. Also, instead of a rolling pin, I use an unopened bottle of rubber cement as a mini rolling pin-like device. ;)

    Bicycle 125's

Just a note, you can probably make your own marked deck with them (assuming the design allows you to do so). I've yet to find a deck (that I would use in performance) that I haven't been able to set up a marking system for. On that note, you may want to check out Daniel Madison's Blood marking...

Do you want to be The Tumbleweed?

The simple fact that I'm awesome, and apparently one of the few not leaving, should be reason enough. ;) It'll be sad to see ya go...good luck with your future endeavors! :)

    Favorite walk around mentalism effect...

I'm curious as to how using iForce would look tacky and/or silly. It's the modern equivalent of using a pen and paper (not carrying paper and a pen on me is precisely the excuse I use to justify the use of the iPod Touch, actually). It just looks like a drawing application, and functions like...

    Favorite walk around mentalism effect...

I use my iPod Touch with the iForce app quite a bit now, since I always have my iPod Touch on me. The two main effects that I do: 1) An effect that comes with the app, where you make a prediction in the Doodle app and then exit out of the program and place it face-up on the table. You have...

    Happy Thanksgiving!

A tad late, aren't ya's? Thanksgiving has long since come and gone...I mean geeze, it's already November; you're over a month late! :p

    Off Topic

This has been suggested before (a quick search should probably bring one of the threads up...there were a few). ... Obviously, there is no off topic section on the site. Conclusion?

    iForce -- The Review

Hey Greg, I was just wondering if you could please check out your PMs here on T11, as I sent you two (because I forgot to add something to the first), but have yet to receive word back on either of them. There were some pretty important questions regarding the update to the iForce app, and I...

    Swami Gimmick

I just go to an art supply store; they have a huge selection of lead there (moreso than a store like Wal-Mart, or even Staples, would). :)

    theory11.bulletin - Dan Sperry : Murray Hatfield Tour 2009

Soooo...a lot of the shows are actually sold out. The entire West Coast is apparently sold out, London is sold out (grrr, got my monies for the show too late), as well as a few others. Guelph, not surprisingly, was not sold out (good ol' tiny Guelph). So, I'll instead be making the trek up to...

What Do YOU Want For Christmas?

I would highly suggest the million dollar knot + a few spools of IET (it can even be Mesika thread, available on E and elsewhere). It would save you a ton on Loops if you just get a spool (or a few spools) and tie your own. :)

    iForce -- The Review

I highly suggest reading the included manual, or watching the videos. I read the manual, and it really covers everything you should need to know about the app (from how it works, to how to set certain methods up, etc); it's very, very informative. :)

    Canada + UPS = Bad

Looking at the chart, it doesn't look accurate at all. I've had an order over $750 before (it was for more than one person, not just myself, heh), and the customs charge (minus the taxes that we pay as Canadians) was around $200. There must be other hidden fees that they incorporate into the...

    Canada + UPS = Bad

Canadamagic, it's a UPS thing, not a T11 (or any other company) thing. Sadly, UPS was the company I first starting shipping with, so I just assumed that every company charged the fee. I assumed it was a border crossing fee that was unavoidable. Then I opted for USPS shipping one time, on an...

    iForce -- The Review

Will upgrades to the latest version of iForce be free? I'm assuming so, as most other programs offer free updates (such as Chris Kenner's magic app), but I thought I would ask to make sure. :)

    Stop Saying Patter Please

This is exactly how most people use it...it's not even slang, like most have said. "Glib" means "readily fluent, often thoughtlessly, superficially, or insincerely so [...] Performed with a natural, offhand ease" (dictionary.reference.com). Essentially, it's made-up speech that is perfected to...

    Strangely Cut Bikes?

Very, very common, and worthless. Usually if you get a terribly cut deck like that, you can send it in to the USPCC for a new deck (although, I'm not sure if you can do that with an older deck). :)
