Do you mean setting down or picking up multiple cards? Or do you mean, switching two for two sorta thing? If it's the latter, it's probably not impossible with some adjustments, but it would be very difficult. The move is intended for one card and taught that way.

All magic done well requires skills. Skill is measured not only in terms of sleight of hand ability but other aspects such as showmanship, creativity, script, and composition. Gaffs are useless without skills.
