sry for the double post BUT YES, THE DECK DOES COST 10 DOLLARS if the deck cost 1 dollar and it was 4 dollars shipping then the deck would cost 5 dollars. if i use 10 dollars to pay for something, including shipping and all, its worth 10 dollars, not what the price tag of the actual item says.
