This is a routine I do as well. I always loved SAW and the LifeSaver version but the way Fields suggests to do it never quite worked for me. I saw Dan use a mint (instead of those sticky-as-hell candies Sean recommends) and thought it was brilliant. Dan, hope you don't mind I use that idea, haha...
