    The Incredible Stage Prediction

Thanks! :D I have not yet tried this, seen as it will take a lot of time and effort to put together, I have been working only on the theory behind it all, and wanted to get some feedback to see if people thought it would actually work or not before attempting it. And yes, I am a fan of...

Is There Such a Thing as a Bad Effect?

There are definitely bad effects. They pop up where people have not put any effort into them and just tried to make something to sell. If you go looking for them, they're not usually hard to find. Huruey

    The Incredible Stage Prediction

The large white cards with the predictions on have the predictions either drawn on or written on. The reason I've used playing cards is because it restricts it to ensure the thought of things don't get too obscure, but there are enough possibilities to make it amazing. Shapes, that was what I...

    The Incredible Stage Prediction

Hi guys. I've never done a stage performance (of magic) before, but I would really love to give it a go. I have been working on my own mentalism routine, but I really feel I need some feedback on it. I'd be very grateful if you could read through my idea and imagine you were in the audience and...

    The Pass in the ACR

I use the cover pass, it's normally my first move. In my opinion, it is the one of the fairest looking controls around, very invisible and very open, and it perfectly sets you up for a DL to use later. I haven't had an ACR with any other kind of pass for a long time. Huruey

    Visual Impromptu Rising Sandwich Card

Thanks for all the replies. I think it is safe to say that at the very least this concept which Dizzi and I have independently discovered is not at all widely known about or used. I really hope it can stay that way! :D Cheers, Huruey

    Your Three Favourite Magicians

Yikes... so many people saying Criss Angel. Didn't expect that... :P Anyway, for me... Um, that's hard... Ed Marlo, partly because I have recently fallen in love with a few moves which he created. Genius. Michael Ammar... I can't really put my finger on any few reasons, he's just a...

Saturday Night Contest -- Your Best Impression

My Submission Criss Angel - The Early Years Found here: http://media.theory11.com/950-Criss-Angel---The-Early-Years This was incredibly difficult for me to do under the bed with a rubbish webcam, but hey, I did my best. :P My attempt at a costume left me rummaging through clothes from when I...

    A Magic Quiz

Actually, the newspaper did not misspell The Professor's name, they were actually using the Welsh nickname for David. :) Huruey

    A Magic Quiz

Hehe. :) For anyone who wants an explanation of question 6, basically the top card, the Ace of Spades, is controlled to the bottom of the deck. Seen as there are 52 cards, the 4th person you deal to is definitely going to end up with the ace of spades (they are the last person to be dealt to...

    A Magic Quiz

Correct :D As I specified that it was a 52 card deck, the answer I was looking for was the 4th person you deal to. Well done everyone. :) Huruey

    A Magic Quiz

That wasn't what I intended, but it's possible I haven't been clear enough. The confusion here may be in the second anagram. It is meant in the context of a false shuffle (i.e. one at a time). Huruey

    A Magic Quiz

Well done! It has been suggested that Wilbur Edgerton Sanders (W. E. Sanders) was S. W. Erdnase. "W. E. Sanders" is actually an anagram of "S. W. Erdnase". ;) Wow, well done for getting that one! Huruey
