That really depends. If you are looking for Brown Wynn, ebay will probably be your best bet. However, red and blue, I think Kardwell is one of them and there are plenty of other sources you can get them from. Again, ebay probably being the easiest.

Magic isn't always about the sleight... His sleights maybe dead simple and repetitive, the presentation, is what you should pay attention to. That's my two cents.

I personally like using glides... (the sleight) It's invisible, it's deceptive, and easy to do. I don't really know any trick name, but I use it as card switch and it seems to work.
