Does anyone here know how to get ahold of Nick Bengston? He created Aquarius and Abyss. I created a similar effect and I need to find out when his effects were created before I can sell mine.

I'm in the process of receiving permission from two magicians to sell my effect. How would I include their approvals when submitting my effect to The Wire?
