Hey, I was wondering if there are any good magic tricks out there involving ping pong balls (I play ping pong fairly often). There's the tenkai palm vanish, but I can't think of anything else. Any thoughts?

Lick or moisturize your index and middle fingers. For the shooting part, I would recommend a fast jerk focusing on upward movement rather than a movement toward you.

Recently I performed Stigmata at a party, for about 15 people. When I revealed the card on my arm, 10 of them had their mouths dropped, and gathered around to see it. They were truly amazed by it. Also, I performed it earlier for a 7 year old kid, and for the rest of the night she was asking...

I have a large Ghost porper clip and it fits these (without the ad cards obviously): Black Ghost Black Tiger S&M Regular Bikes, if you add a used gift card inside the box it fits perfectly.

My 2 cents on this. (I'm in a rush so it'll be short): You need to know your motive when performing magic. Consider these two scenarios: 1st scenario: -You perform your set of card tricks. The spectators, of course are amazed. Some might think you seriously do have supernatural powers...

I've been working on the clipshift for about a month and it's getting smooth and less noisy. Just have to work on squaring "it" if you know what I mean...

Practice these, you'll need them anyway for harder cuts/routines/flourishes: (I hope you have at least cardboard cards, not the transparent, bendy waterproof ones) Charlier cut Revolution cut Sybil (basic) Swing cut Tornado cut Card spring/dribble That's all I can think of for now. =)

Start with Card college 1, or Royal road to card magic. Although those are books they're still the best learning source for beginners. For cardistry I suggest XB1 or the Encyclopedia of playing card flourishes. Oh yeah, and someone mentioned the system (forgot who it was)...I would say...

2 card monte I think it's the gimmick for a 2 card monte routine. One magic shop owner showed it to me recently. Basically, you show both cards, and say to follow one of them. Then you do something (I forgot that part) and you end with one card "accidentally" printed onto the other...
