When i went to the check out to choose my shipping methods, i can only see the cheapest one which is "Priority Mail International (discounted!)". Why isnt there first "First-Class Mail International"? Please Help

er, i want to ask a qustion. In the "Holiday Gift Guide 2009" i can see that they say "FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $75" but when i purchase an order over $75 i still need to pay for the shipping.... please help
