    Magicians are like "cover bands"

He also would play multiple solos in studio for a single song, and mix and match parts of them to form one that he really liked.

    Magicians are like "cover bands"

Some covers "made" particular songs (as in, got them out there). Good point though.

    Card cheat coding systems needed...

Jason was asking what the goal of his "demonstration" is and by no means "accusing him of being a thief". To be honest I agree with his post, as there isn't much for a casino to learn from somebody who posts on magic boards asking for "cheat coding systems". I'm a bit skeptical of the...

    Anyone up for the challenge

Actually, I think if you really walked across them a lot you would build up some really tough calluses on your feet and toes. It'd probably still hurt though...

    Card Cheating Part 1

Thanks for the comment. I have always preferred the strip out shuffle but I guess I never realized the monotony of using only that one...next time I will throw in a push through. For those interested part 2 is up: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_bM8WeE2BN4

    Card Cheating Part 1

Thanks man. Yeah that's my typical practice area...Sometimes I'll bring books up there too. The felt on the table is nothing special though, I'm getting a close up pad soon to cover it.

    Card Cheating Part 1

Hi guys here is a short video I made for a contest thing. Seconds, bottoms, centers, half deck control, full deck control and riffle stacking. Will post part 2 with mucks and shifts and other stuff later. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DqYzdUnOl0U Let me know what you think

Saturday Night Contest - Everything in Order

Here is mine, boys: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dqMbDP-kK6E Won't fool Jason, as I'm sure he's seen Steve do these moves hundreds of times, but I hope he likes it. Hope it fools somebody though :) Credits to Steve Forte, Mr. Z, and Jason England.

    a good deck switch?

Well if you are standing to be honest it's pretty simple if you can misdirect them or use a cover for it. You could pretend you're done, put the cards in the box, put it in your pocket and then say "Oh, wait, I have another trick", and take out the prearranged deck from the same pocket...

    a good deck switch?

If you are less vague I may be able to help you... What is it for? Are you going to be drawing attention to it? Is it going to be during a cut? Will you be using misdirection? Are you sitting or standing? Do you want to end with the old deck in your lap? Do you want to end with the old deck in...

    Table Faro

The two recommendations of ECT and the stuff Nash has on video are both excellent, particularly the Nash sources. I would just add Sharps and Flats. It teaches the easiest table faro, although the Sharps/Flats method is also described very briefly in ECT. It is not deceptive in the sense that it...

    Double dealing

It is a pushoff second but instead of pulling back the top card you simply leave it there and deal two cards as one. So to answer your question, Card Control, Expert Card Technique, Erdnase, etc. Basically anything that has work on push-off seconds. What are you planning on using it for?

    Center Deal - Riffle Stacking

I have Jason's download, and while I don't want to go into the specifics of mine, I can say it isn't similar to Jason's. I created it while practicing Gene Maze's center deal, which I am quite terrible at. It was inspired by this video too: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O1DwmewW_xY

    Center Deal - Riffle Stacking

Thank you. I believe the deal is my own so if you have figured it out I ask that you keep it to yourself and not show it around. The get ready is the hardest part of the deal. Normally it looks good but I stumbled the first time so I had to 're-do it' for lack of better words.

    Center Deal - Riffle Stacking

Thanks for the kind words. I don't do magic; sorry. I will most likely continue posting more card and dice moves though.
