5 Speed help

[James Wise Magic]

For those of you that know how to do 5 speed by Chris Kenner, I'm having problems with the final part of the trick where you make their card appear at the end.

When you "push" the card over to "release" it, the card doesn't want to release even when I have practiced this over and over and over and pushed harder!
Any thoughts?

Im sure D21400 gave good advice, but when setting up try running your finger over 'it', that should make it smoother and less... shall we say... 'powerful'. Hope you understood that through the partial metaphors

did you learn it from the book or the 1on1? because i learned it from the book, and i think i know where you could be confused.
