As I finished my internship up yesterday, I left behind a rather cool gift for the business I had been working for. They had been tryigt o meet an exceptionally difficult monthly goal every month for the last two years and had not been sucessful once. My first month there I brought the company to the closest point to making goal in quite some time and this last month actually brought the company past the goal for the first time in that two years. As a going away present, I left a deck of cards in a glass bottle (like Jamie Grant's "Anything is Possible" bottles) on my manager's desk. On that bottle I left a tag with the following quote.

I know a good many people in the magic world. The most creative of these people make the impossible happen every day. How does impossibility play a part in magic? I hear every day magicians tell other magicians that a certain idea or effect is impossible, but that is ecxacly what we try to disprove. How does the idea of impossibilty play into your experience with magic?
