Another TnR question

Sorry if this has been posted before, but when performing TnR, is it possible to hand out the card for examination and/or let the spectator keep the card?

Yes, at the end of the routine, you can hand the restored card out for examination or as a souvenir.

the card cannot be examined during the trick (say in the middle of the restoration). But that doesn't matter because the cleanup is simple and effective. By the end of the trick you should not have a problem with the spectator suspecting the card, as they are holding it in their hands.
