Hey, i was just wondering whether anyone has any tips or tricks on how to approach someone on the street to perform magic on them?

engage in covo's...thats what i do....make sure you engage in the right amount of crowds...as in a large crowd...do angle proof and wide angle effect....do angle sensitive effect in small crowds...other than that...its really no special way to approach them....even david blaine gets turned down...remember that...
it helps if you are confident with your tricks.
also u can go and find a friend with a video camera who can tape your performance. then you can learn from your mistakes.
but if you have a video camera you can say you are doing a project or w/e. or that they'll be famous lol.

It may be hard to do this but that's how it's done.
Just ask if they want to see something cool (you don't have to say it like that). If not then move on.
