Considering it's only $9 US dollars, I'd say take the plunge, and find out if it's worth it!

I've not seen this effect in person, but I know Chris well and have seen a lot of his work.. God does the man LOVE flaps... I'm sure this is no exception to the quality of the tricks he's put out in the past - Go pick it up!
