Cards for fans?

I have recently been watching Nebelfuchs' videos and his fans are making me feel like a NOOB at fanning. So as a result I am going to devote all my cardistyr time to fanning:D

My question is, what decks are best for fanning, that are relatively cheap? I know E decks are supposed to be good because of the UV500 air flow finish but I dont want to spend upwards of 10$ for each deck.

Also, I do not use powder if you needed to know for any reason.

So if you could please tell me which decks are best, and provide me with information on where to find them that would be great:)


Btw- What deck does Nebel use in his NF fan spin and No-weave giant circle videos?

Not all E decks are over ten bucks, the Ghost deck and Masters are only like four. It's a good deal, but only if you buy a bunch. Tall-Hos and Split Spades have a very smooth finish.
