Delayed shipping?

Everything I've seen on their site says they ship most orders within one business day. Since it's the holidays, I assumed it would be a bit delayed but within a week. When there weren't any updates within that week, I tried emailing...no response. Is this typical? Will I be getting my shipment anytime soon? I ordered directly vs. through Amazon to try and support the company but now I'm worried I won't get anything (including a response) and will have to dispute with my credit card company to get money back.

I’m having the same issue. Placed an order on Black Friday but haven’t gotten any communications other than the confirmation. I just emailed so hoping I’ll hear back too!

Same thing is happening to me. I tried sending messages and calling the support number but haven't gotten any response

Hey guys! Apologies for the delays in shipment here. For Black Friday orders, we had an alert in cart and at checkout that orders were expected to take about a week to ship, but rest assured that our warehouse team is working on multiple shifts daily to ensure that any unshipped orders are out the door ASAP, as our top priority this week!

We know that getting your order out the door rapidly is critical especially during the holiday season, so our team is all hands on deck this week to ensure that happens. Very grateful for the support and know that we're on it!
