Delayed shipping?

Everything I've seen on their site says they ship most orders within one business day. Since it's the holidays, I assumed it would be a bit delayed but within a week. When there weren't any updates within that week, I tried emailing...no response. Is this typical? Will I be getting my shipment anytime soon? I ordered directly vs. through Amazon to try and support the company but now I'm worried I won't get anything (including a response) and will have to dispute with my credit card company to get money back.

I’m having the same issue. Placed an order on Black Friday but haven’t gotten any communications other than the confirmation. I just emailed so hoping I’ll hear back too!

Same thing is happening to me. I tried sending messages and calling the support number but haven't gotten any response

For Black Friday orders, we had an alert in cart and at checkout that orders were expected to take about a week to ship, but rest assured that our warehouse team is working on multiple shifts daily to ensure that any unshipped orders are out the door ASAP, as our top priority this week!

We know that getting your order out the door rapidly is critical especially during the holiday season, so our team is all hands on deck this week to ensure that happens. Very grateful for the support and know that we're on it!

Casey are you saying all Black Friday orders will be shipped out by the end of the week? I finally got a response from support and was told the delay was because it was Hamilton cards.

I also would like to know when my order will ship. It has been more then a day since purchase. There was no message in cart saying anything about delayed shipping. I would really love to have this before the Holiday since thats the hole purpose in purchasing it. i have called left a message, and emailed all with no repsonses. Starting to think this website is a scam and i am going to talk to my credit card company if i do not here something very soon TODAY!

I encountered the same problem. I placed my order on 1 December, but it still hasn't arrived. I haven't received a reply to my email either.

I am canceling my order or doing a charge back. I ordered 9 days ago on December 6th. Every non-scam business promptly provides a tracking number. This house of cards is a house of cards. They might have been legit at one point but this smells like orchestrated collapse.

Yall said this in the email response I got from you but I never saw it and looks like people here didn't as well... May wanna check on that alert because this is bogus
