Yes, The Elite points cannot be used for shipping and if you purchase items in the archive you still have shipping costs

Items purchased from the Archives, now, actually come with free shipping, which is super amazing of Theory11 to do. That's changed from before when items purchased from the Archives needed shipping paid for.
