Err... It's basically three twirls and a toss... I doubt anyone will have created this exact thing before, but yeah. The concept is very common.

Ah this a decent cut..... I believe its alright but I think you should make the flourish flow all as one move. Its all not at the same speed so makes it looks odd and does not flow as one smooth motion. Anyway decent move.... keep it up!!

Kinda neat, but nothing original at all. And as said before, it really doesn't need a tutorial, just some very basic flourishes put together. Props for trying to be creative, keep that up
