what happened to digital dissolve it says its temporarily unavailible whats up with that

There's been a dispute over the original creator of the effect between Theory11 and another magician, so out of respect towards the conflict they hav temporarily postponed sales of the effect until they can come to an agreement, to settle the dispute.

Or something along those lines
