DM: Madness - Unable to open video

I just got Madness by DM, but I can't open up the movie part.
It's a .mov file and I'm using windows vista... Can anyone lend a hand?

.mov is a quicktime file, if you have quicktime it should play just fine (you can download on apple.com) If you have quictime player and are sure the file downloaded and unzipped completely you might have a larger problem and should contact support.

Although if quicktime doesn't work for you, try a simple converter, there's plenty.

Cheers for all that guys, I had quicktime but I had to update it. I'm just rubbish with computers. Also thanks to D for pming me to help. All working now and I have to say Madness is intense...
