Well, I really like writing reviews for anything and I am finally getting some motivation to help me crank out all the possible reviews I can. Anyway I got this deck of cards a couple months ago and I really want to share my opinion of this deck with you so here it goes...

BOX DESIGN...
The box design of these cards is pretty cool yet extremely simple at the same time. The front is simply the spade of of the ace and the bck is simply the back design of the deck. However, the pure detail in the box is what is going to get this section of the review a good rating.

CARD FACE DESIGN
The face of the cards are generally simmilar to that of a normal Bicycle pack of cards except for the darker shade of red. It is almost a maroon. This color makes the cards look really cool, especially all of the face cards. I would say that this section would recieve a good rating but not top notch.

ACE OF SPADES
The Ace of Spades looks great in this deck of cards. It is very plain but detailed at the same time. There are two skulls at the base of the spade and above those are what appears to be two L's that make an 11. (I wonder why?) There also appears to be what looks like a plant inside of the spade. This is where the deck realy earns a good reputation.

JOKERS
The jokers in this pack of cards are decent and look pretty cool. There is what appears to be a sheild with the 11 in it. The same plants from the Ace are also present here. On top of the sheild there are two swords crossed with the skulls lying on top of them. They are pretty cool and I do like them but they are just too similar to the ace.

FEEL
The Centurions are thick and everything a magician or Cardist could want. They will hold together nicely and can take a ton of abuse. I have dropped these cards so many times it's not even funny and they still feel like a charm. They tend to pick up almost no grit from the ground and the oils from you hands doesn't seem to affect them too much. These cards are great for flourishing and performing tricks alike. I would say these are the greatest cards I have ever felt.

DOUBLE BACKED CARD
As Theory11's gift to you they also include a double backed card that you can use for any effects that require you to use one of these. This is a ver good idea and appreciate it because I do have a great trick using a double backer. However, if you inspect both sides of the double carefull you will notice that one side is darker than the other. This problem can only be seen from the trained eye though making it no problem at all.

CARD PACKAGING
When the cards arrive in the mail they are all wrapped up nicely in cellophane as are all cards. After unwrapping them and tearing off the little sealing sticker you realize that these cards are jammed in the box. When you finally get them out and take out the double backer you still have problems getting them to fit. It is less hard with the jokers removed too. Either way these cards are going to give your porper clip some problems. If you take out the jokers and double backer you still might have to fight with the clip for a while. This is where the deck loses the most points.

FINAL THOUGHTS
These cards are great for someone who is looking to attract attention to themselves. They work for simple effects as well as flourishing. The beatiful detail of the cards looks great and adds a certain amount of elegance to any performance. They will also last for ever. However, trying to get them into a proper clip... not easy. (Even without the double backer and jokers.) Bottom line- I love this deck and would say it is the best pack of custom cards I've seen in a while. I would recommend them to anyone.
