Dylan's Classic Color Change by: J.Bayme (1-on-1)

Dylan's Classic Color Change Review (by: J.Bayme) (1-on-1)

As I promised I am back to crank out yet another review. I really like this one because I rarely see a review for a one on one and I am even happier because this 1-on-1 was performed and taught by Mr. Bayme himself. Anyway, lets dive right on in to it...

LENGTH

The length of this specific 1-on-1 is about 8 minutes for the performances and the teaching. It is great and in those eight minutes you will recieve all of the knowledge needed to perform this color change. Most of you already know this effect but you should pick up the 1-on-1 anyway... IT'S FREE! But anyway there are thre sections here. Performances, Teaching, and a quuick wrap up where he teaches you how to make it look smooth.

PRICE

"Wait. There must be an error here. It says it costs $0.00." That was my original reaction until I read the description and found that it was infact true. This particular download is free. I feel that it is free because almost all of us already know it. But hey... if it's free then why not have it.

VIDEO QUALITY

As usual the video quality is Hi-Def. This makes the picture crystal clear on your computer and allows you to see everything you need to to be able to do this trick or improve yours. There are certain points however, where I would like a bit of a better veiw.

PERFORMANCE

The performance shown to you in the teaser is exactly what you'll see in this video. Mr.Bayme provides a very good way of showing this change. He also teaches you how to show the "changee" card momentarilym and then end with one clean move. It's pretty good and it is really well presented.

METHOD/TEACHING

In the teaching section you will learn everything that Jonathan does right from the basics up to his clean ending. Even if you already know, or think you know, how to do the classic color change this would be worth watching. It simply shows you some fun things and really goes through everything in great detail. However, the 1-on-1 loses most of its points here because, as mentioned earlier, there are some spots you wish you could see more of. Also, it loses points for being really annoying. Mr. Bayme constantly uses the work "esentially". It is meant to be funny but it winds up being annoying and nothing more. (No Offents.)
6.5/10

WRAP UP SECTION

This just shows you a couple things you can do to really sell your trick to the audiance. I like it because this is where the most detail is talked about. But again Mr.Bayme says "Esentially" over and over.

FINAL THOUGHTS

This one is a must have for any expirianced magicians who can perform this better than Mr.Bayme or begginers who want something to start out with. It covers anything from the basics to some simple subtleties to sell it to your audiance. As long as you can get past Mr.Bayme saying "esentially" every two seconds then it is a good deal. !!!!!OH! AND IT'S FREE!!!!! AND THE ONLY 1-ON-1 TAUGHT BY MR.BAYME!!!!

But, "esentially" it is a good one on one. :p

FINAL SCORE: 7.75/10
