I've seen this mentioned a few times. Is the Finger Palm just a Rear Palm but more relaxed and with your ring finger curled in holding the card in place?
Also, is a Rear Palm the same thing as a Rear Flat Palm? I understand they are taught in Exxpert Card Technique, as Well as Revolutionary Card Technique, but I haven't gotten to that point yet in either book.
