I've seen it done with a candle flame as well.

This is called the flesh torch, though it is known under very many more names. It can only be accomplished using aZippo and can be dangerous if not performed properly (needless to say) I don't want to say anymore to avoid revealing but if you search around a bit you will find it.

I know how to do flesh torch, and it isn' exactly what I'm looking for.

To be more specific, in another video (that I can't remember/find) The person balances a ball of fire on a string and moves it around, he also puts the ball of fire onto a napkin.
