Hey guys. I' was wondering where I could learn the floating dollar effect Michael Kent does. I'm pretty sure it's a "classic" effect, but I don't know where to find it. Here's a video:

I think Michael Ammar teaches this. It's in his lecture notes from years ago anyway, so that's a good starting point.
