Is Foundations just all the Jason England 1-on-1's put together on a DVD or is there more content?

I am guessing there will be a few new moves that are not from the 1 on 1's but I am not positive.
i checked the 1-on-1 section, there are eight moves taught on the dvd, and there are eight moves in the one-on-one. i read the names of the moves on the dvd description, and the names are exactly the same as the ones in the 1-on-1 section. So it might be all of them compiled in one dvd. but he goes through some history and stuff on the moves, and you will save a great deal of money if you haven't bought all of the 1-on-1's. altogether the 1-on-1's are like 80 dollars. the DVD is 50, so you save 30 bucks. hope this helps
