I initially made an order on likely a very busy day 11/24 and as it turned out two items that were in stock at the time became out of stock when I got an email on 11/29 saying they didn't have sufficient stock to satisfy those two items on my order. They let me substitute two other items and said my now 2 orders would be shipped. Now it is 12/5 and neither order is shipped and still says "packaging". I can't get a reply from emails or phone messages and these were gifts I needed by 12/14. Any idea how to get support for this order, because my son will be very disappointed if I can't get this order in time. Thanks.
