what if you only want the panic gimmick and not the dvd because I have the dvd but I dont want it again ( get my drift)

I would imagine it would be the same as getting Exile refills. If you email or call support, and have proof that you've purchased Panic previously(i.e. the confirmation #) then you'd probably be able to purchase a copy of the gimmick at a discounted price. I would suspect that the same thing applies to the distortion gimmick. I'm sure T11 is aware that these products have been out for over a year and do wear down and warp. My distortion gimmick is almost a gonner, i've used it so much; I might email them myself about it. That would be my advice.

That's exactly right. Email Customer Service with your receipt or order number and they'll sort you out.

yes. Simply supply proof that you have this DVD. Such as a order ID or a picture of yourself holding the case. (Sinful did that.) Then send it to them via support and they will sell you another gimmick at a discount price.
