Keo...you are exactly correct. I try to treat everyone in our IBM ring respectfully regardless of their background, experience, etc. I've loaned out magic books to a few young kids in our ring who simply didn't have enough money to buy them, stayed late after meetings to help members resolve a problem they might have with the handling on something, cleaned up tables and chairs at some of our meetings. Looks like it paid off for me.
