Don't take the time to develop those thoughts or anything, lads. It's not as if details every helped anyone. Just post little soundbites and count on him to improve from that. After all, it worked for YouTube and comments sections, didn't it?

Enough sarcasm, let's get down to brass tacks. The first thing I want to say is that seeing two previous videos from you that were before a live audience, this generic shot with your junk as the supporting player in the scene was a let down. I expected better from you. The fact that you're wearing lounge pants is not upping the dignity score much either. And to see your hands repeatedly leave the frame was just more proof that unless you work in porn, there is no reason to ever do a crotch shot. Ever.

The framing goes hand in hand with the lighting. The light pouring in from that one window only served to create too much of a contrast between the highs and lows. As a result, everything looks washed out and faded.

It was pretty obvious this was unrehearsed. The fact that you stopped to manually move the camera was... unfortunate. The fact that I soon recognized Requiem for a Dream playing in the background just made me sad. It's one of the most overplayed themes in music history, right up there with the I've Got Rhythm rhythm and that one really awful AC/DC song that keeps getting played somehow.

Yes, you said this was just for fun, but this would be the equivalent of me smoking three joints and reciting improvised haiku as a demonstration of my wit and showmanship. I've produced a lot of stuff just for fun that I don't want the world to see. Just because you have a status bar doesn't mean you always have update it. Just because you have a channel doesn't mean every video you produce should go on it. I sincerely hope you never plan to direct potential clients to your channel, because a video like this one will get you immediately filed under "Not a Chance in Hell."
