This is the mythology battle challenge made by a man named steerpike. The premise of the battle was to do a trick using the presentation based on a myth.

I enjoyed Randomwraths performance and was amused in a great way.

This is not a thread for highfives but advertisement of some good performance videos.

nexus you won my vote, simply because i believe your presentation was more interesting. I was hoping to see something without cards. Great reactions, video was kinda lengthy maybe more could have been edited out. Awesome job man, hope to see you doing more of these battles in the future.

I'm going to weigh in with my vote tomorrow after sleeping on it some. First impressions:

Wrath, it might be my impression as an American, but your accent combined with the timbre of your voice and your appearance gives you a scholarly look that partially came across in your performance, but could have been stronger. You could really work this to your advantage with presentations like this if you wanted to.

Nexus, I like the originality of using Polynesian mythology, though I felt the transition from PK to your "channeling internal winds" could have been smoother. Drop a few hints before explaining the concept in detail. It's a personal preference, but when playing on the idea of ancient rites and mysticism, I like to go the whole nine yards.

Overall very interesting performances.

I didn't really do a brilliant job on this (the camera squiffing up, for example) but I really didn't have time to refilm it before the deadline. After the battle's finished, I'll probably remove it and refilm it anyway, just because I can
