his Q&A from Evening of Wonders.

But his Q&A was close to perfect, the most powerful routine a mentalist can do, and one of the greatest mentalist of all time doing it as close to the real thing.

Second...was my first time actually seeing a Q&A routine. I thought it was pure mind reading. Still amazes me.

true, but i see it more as two routines (one superior) set to the same piece of music. Its not like he stole a original concept, only set it to the same music with a few same reveals. Especially if it was created independently. In this case since neither really possess truly original sleights, plots etc, i dont see it as stealing just similar thinking with a Magic themed song that was inevitably gonna happen.
