Pass / Muscle Pass

so ive working on my pass(with cards) and it doesnt look nearly as good as everyone's else either i drop the cards or its way too noticable any tips?
and the muscle pass ive been trying to train but nothing yet ive been using a casino chip i need help please

In the not to distant future
muscle pass - try moving it around. put it into palm first and then lower or raise it. find the most comfortable spot. also good way is to put it palm up on your middle and ring finger, rotate our hand and it will end up in your perfect position. as with the pass, just practice. a lot. and when your done practice some more.

Muscle pass: Try training is so you can do the one coin appearance. Like the one where you muscle pass the coin sideways to you other hand. Keep practicing that, then you'll be able to shoot it about 2 feet to your left. This can help you accomplish the coin through anything. Next, if you really want to learn the coin that falls up, practice it with your hands palm up. You'll find by practicing the sidways way first, you'll be able to launch it upwards for about 2 inches. Basically, its all about practice. It will get painful. When it does switch to your other hand, that way it'll lossen up on the pain and you'll be able to do it in both hands.
 
For the pass, usually all you need to do is practice practice practice ;)

Make sure you're learning from a good source, and follow the instructions carefully, because your fingers have to be in the perfect position, otherwise you won't get anywhere.

No, proper technique and analysis is key.
The classic pass is flawed in so many ways, which can be countered by adopting the move to your hands, analysing, and THEN practicing.

In other words, if you could get a good mentor who does good passes and really understands it, you can get it in about 3 months if you practiced it exclusively.
