PK Rings

I'm wanting to do Wayne Houchin's Ring and String Mystery. The Only ring I own right now is too tall to move around freely in a #1 coin envelope. By tall I mean the height of the ring if it was sitting on a table.

I actually ordered the one ring I have off the net specifically for magic tricks and the dimensions looked much smaller in the picture.

I was thinking of ordering a PK ring. That way I could possibly use it for other things. Could someone who owns a PK Ring, and who also does the ring + string mystery effect, let me know if this ring is suitable.

Thanks a lot.

Any ring should work fine, as long as it is slightly thick and perfectly round. My PK ring works perfectly :D

Could I have a link to the one you are thinking of buying...?

the ring is suitable of course
BUT
1. people cant check it freely
2. it is usually very weak and can break easily
3. ring and string is more amazing with a borrowed ring.

Co-sign. Its a risk to pull that trick off with a PK ring.

In addition its just a way better effect to pull it off with someone else's ring anyways makes it more of a WTF??? kinda effect.
