Possibilities to acquire CoinTWO?

I just ordered the CoinONE DVD and a Shell set of Walking Liberties.

How could I go about obtaining the CoinTWO DVD or Download?

I have searched the internet without any luck.

I even emailed Homer L. and he quickly responded that they sold them all, and its unfortunately unavailable

I dont see any on ebay.

Any other ideas / options?
