Gerry & Banachek are excellent teachers, Banachek shows you all the methods to the metal bending while sharing the secrets. & Gerry goes over bits that needs to be pointed out while also giving tips on some methods, that he uses himself. All together there are bendings, twisting, breaking, & tines on forks twist, Silverware moves & bends in the spectator's hand. Gerry & Banachek share the fine points, & the psychology of metal bending, but they break down each bend, tine fork twist etc into lessons. This makes learning everything there showing you & telling you alot essayer, they make sure you understand every detail no matter how small. The subtle psychology applied to some of the methods are also into detail, so there is a lot of stuff to learn from this DVD.

The Questions & Answers section: like "Where do you get the silverware to paratice with", "How do you get the reactions", "What about heavy silverware", Alpha Project, Again Gerry & Banachek tell you everything into detail.

This DVD is excellent & worth every penny if not more, you'll need to paratice alot & watch the DVD more than a few times to pick up on everything. What i love about metal bending is your involving your spectator's in every part of the routine. Metal Bending is a very powerful effect, & from this DVD you'll learn stunning, realistic, & practical techniques imaginable.

Good review. I got this dvd very recently and the effects are good and hard hitting. The methods by themselves are quite direct and to the point (no fussing around or funny business).

The basics of metal bending are very simple, but Banachek gives a lot of tips and subtleties to help make it more convincing. An intermediate mentalist with good misdirection skills will slay spectators with the effects on the dvd.

Banachek also gives further study resources and references in this DVD, which is a great move on his part. This is a great DVD for someone who wants to include some variety in his close up repertoire
