Question About Wynn's Tonight

I read in the other post that tonight is the last time that Wynns are sold.
I read that they will be there for 11 minutes...
What does this mean? Will there be Wynn's for 11 minutes or just 250?

The Wynn decks will be available for purchase for 11 minutes total. No 250 deck limitation tonight.

Sorry man but the wynns are gone. I think it ended two days ago. When they'll return. No one knows.
