What's up guys! Just saw this preview video on YouTube for a new Dan Hauss effect. It has me intrigued and I've talked to quite a few people who've helped make it happen. It seems like it has great potential. What are you guys' thoughts?

... (speechless) This definitely fits my performing style and I'll see if I can end up purchasing it soon. Dan has always been one of the most creative artists out there (except for Downfall), but can't wait for this.
 
10 seconds is actually very incorrect...
This resets in like 2 seconds!

I was there for some of the filming of this effect, and saw sooooo many ideas come to life with this cap! Cant wait to get mine!

Seems like a pretty cool trick. But it's not something I would really perform not to mention USE A GIMMICK for. I would definitely like this trick a lot more if it were impromptu.

I would agree Aaron if the gimmick was only for one effect. Truth is, there are sooooo many different types of effects that can be done with this gimmick that it is seriously worth carrying in your pocket...Wait till you see some of the routines by Dan and even Francis Menotti...

Or, for that matter, is the process for making a gimmick described on the DVD? Or are you simply provided with a gimmick and told how to use it?

And probably very few bottles that it fits. It looks good but why the hell would you carry the gimmick around with you? Unless you take it off a bottle in front of the spectator the cap makes absolutely no sense. An Okito box makes more sense.

This seems to fit every bottle with that size of a cap on it. Obviously it wouldn't fit a Gatorade bottle... :)
An Okito box makes little sense because wtf IS an Okito coin box? "My special coin holder"??

For the love of God, this. I've had this thought in my head since the first time I saw an Okito box.
