Very good. It is one of the strongest effects on the market as of now, but remember it is a matter of how you present it that gives the reactions. If your patter is smooth as well as having a good performance (Regeneration is pretty easy to perform) without flashing, the reactions can be crazy. The only problem with Regeneration is the expensive refills, as the gimmicks are one time uses only.
I also enjoy T&Rs such as Torn and Amazed (because of the method), practicing Hollingsworth's one, and others. But restoring something in someones hand with your mouth is crazy; it gets even better reactions than even a backwards T&R (Albo card) or a levitating T&R (FLIGHT)
