I personally don't have this book but I have a book called The Real Secrets of Magic - The Book by David Stone. It is an incredible book that is fun to read and all about table hopping (which you would most likely use in a restaurant). I highly recommend The Real Secrets of Magic - The Book!!!

In addition to David Stones boom you couls also pick up his DVD's sold over at E. They are called "The real secrets of Magic Vol 1 and 2" I have only seen vol 1 but it was really good. Some of the effects are a bit difficult but this DVD does give some useful advice on tale hopping as well as how to approach people. Not sure about Volume 2. Anyone else?

I've suggested it in another thread, but i'll suggest it here as well: Justin Miller's Strolling Hands lecture notes. It's an excellent source for information about working at restaurants (and, of course, they include some really nice effects in there as well).
